Managing Your Organization Settings & Public Profiles

Learn how to configure your business contact information, customize your public branding design, manage attendee support communications, and set your dashboard system theme.

Your organization dashboard is the central hub for your brand’s public presence and internal configuration. By managing your background identity records and public profiles side-by-side, you can control how your business interacts with attendees while keeping your dashboard working exactly to your visual preferences.

Accessing Your Settings Menu

  1. Click your Profile icon / Organization name in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings under the As an Organizer menu.

  3. Toggle between the Organization and Public profile tabs at the top of the page.

Organization Settings (Internal Business & Support Routing)

The Organization tab configures core operational parameters, dashboard display themes, and contact routing:

  • Organization type: Select your category (e.g., Festival, Nightclub, Promoter) to optimize platform discovery algorithms.

  • Contact email & phone number: Sets the primary channels for customer and Posh Support communications.

  • Custom phone number: Replace Posh's default outreach number with your own dedicated line to build consistent brand recognition.

  • Interface Theme: Toggle your dashboard layout between Dark, Light, or System (which automatically matches your device’s native theme).

⚠️ Critical Email Routing Rules: Posh routes automated platform notifications directly to your listed contact email. If this field is left blank, attendee inquiries and time-sensitive bank dispute alerts will automatically default to the primary account owner’s login email in the account settings (not the organization settings).

How to Respond to Attendees

Attendee support requests roll directly into your external business inbox. Manage incoming traffic using this workflow:

  1. Open your external email client (e.g., business Gmail or Outlook).

  2. Review the inquiry regarding order lookups, logistics, or refunds.

  3. Click Respond inside the system notification email to launch the secure message builder and reply to the customer.

💡 Inbox Management Best Practices:

  • Reply promptly: Fast communication satisfies customers and protects your revenue from costly $15 bank dispute fees.

  • Monitor mail daily: Check your channels regularly to catch time-sensitive transaction windows or compliance updates.

  • Deploy dedicated folders: Create separate filters in your email client for Refund Requests (to resolve issues before buyers lose patience) and Disputes (to submit chargeback evidence immediately).

Public Profile Settings (Brand Assets & Links)

The Public profile tab configures the outward-facing page where fans discover your event calendar and browse your digital storefront.

Visual Branding Elements

  • Upload Cover Photo: Add a high-resolution, wide-aspect banner to style the top header section of your landing page.

  • Profile Photo / Logo: Click the upload icon on the circular avatar slot to display your official brand logo (click the trash icon 🗑️ to remove an existing image).

  • Organization name: Set the public title displayed to customers browsing your layouts.

Bio & Social Integration

  • Profile URL: Customize your permanent, native web redirect extension (e.g., posh.vip/o/your-brand-name).

  • Description: Write a compelling bio detailing your production house focus, music genres, or venue codes.

  • Social Media Handles: Input your profiles into the Instagram, LinkedIn, and Website blocks for cross-verification.

  • ➕ Custom links: Click + Add link to append unlimited external hyperlinks (such as merchandise stores, linktrees, or streaming profiles) directly to your public directory card.

Organizer Verified Badge ✓

The verified badge (✓) appears next to your organizer name on Posh. To qualify, your account must reach a minimum of $100,000 in total revenue (GMV). Once you hit this threshold, your account is automatically eligible for review — no separate application needed.
