Map Submission Steps
Email a clean
.jpgfile of your venue's table map or floor plan layout to the Support Team at[email protected](or submit it via the web/in-app live support chat).Once uploaded by our team, log in to your browser and select your active event from the dashboard list.
Click the Tables tab in the top navigation menu of your event page to view your live map workspace.
Building Your Interactive Table Layout
Step-by-Step Table Configuration
Inside your event's Tables tab on a web browser, click the Create Tables button to activate the pin tool.
Click directly on the specific spot on your venue map image where you want a reservation pin to appear.
Fill out the VIP Tier Parameters in the configuration fields:
Name: Enter a clear identifier (e.g., VIP Stage Booth 1, Owner's Deck A).
Description: Detail the exact perks packaged into the layout option (e.g., Includes 3 premium bottles, dedicated server, and elevated stage view).
Seating Limit: Define the maximum number of guests allowed entry under this single reservation package (e.g., 8 guests max).
Quantity Available: Set how many identical bookings exist for that specific pin location.
Price: Enter the gross baseline price for the table reservation.
To make adjustments or tweak a price later, click View/Edit Tables, select the specific pin you want to update, and modify fields or delete the asset entirely.

How Buyers Browse: Potential clients view available layouts dynamically by clicking the public Tables tab directly on your Posh event page during checkout to claim their preferred location.
One Booking = One QR Code: Table purchases generate exactly one scannable QR code per reservation. The barcode is systematically tied to the entire table package itself, not duplicated out to each individual guest.
Managing Group Entry: Because the barcode is consolidated under the primary buyer’s profile, you can manage entry flexibly at the VIP gate:
Require the entire party to arrive and walk in together with the table owner, or
Allow guests to check in separately by quoting the primary table owner's name.
Enforcing Capacities: Seating limits are strictly enforced by your venue host; the primary buyer can only bring up to the maximum designated guest count past the ropes.
The Table Processing Fee: All premium table purchases include a flat, standard $5 platform processing fee.
