If you're unable to sell tickets or receive payouts, your account may be temporarily disabled. This can happen for a few reasons.
Web Instruction
Log in to your Posh account in a web browser.
Go to the Finance page from the organizer dashboard (the main view of all your events).
Check your Account Status at the top left of the page. A message will explain why your payouts are disabled.
Common Reasons for Payout Issues
Incomplete Finance Onboarding: If your account status shows "Enable payments now," you haven’t completed the onboarding process with Stripe. Complete Finance Onboarding.
Document Verification Issues: If Stripe has rejected your documents, our support team can assist you.
No Sales Yet: If no tickets have been sold for your event, payouts will remain disabled. For new organizations hosting their first event, this is expected until sales begin.
App Instruction
Log in to your Posh app.
Tap the Groups tab.
Tap "Manage Finances".
Check your account status on the page. If it’s disabled, tap the Disabled button details on the reason.
