  • Average Tickets Sold Per Day: Running daily average calculation showing current sales velocity and market momentum.

Dashboard Charts, Filters, and Monitoring

Visual Timelines and Pacing Controls

The analytics interface populates visual, interactive trend charts tracking sold counts, net revenue, total sales, average order value, and Posh Explore performance metrics. Refine these data feeds using two primary dashboard filters:

  • Time Filter: Restricts the analytics evaluation window to a custom date range or all-time historical charts.

  • Breakdown Filter: Aggregates and groups data views chronologically.

💡 Pacing Tip: Use daily breakdowns for real-time campaign tracking, weekly views for sales velocity pacing, and monthly views for long-term strategic analysis.

Operational Best Practices

Utilize your data dashboards regularly to monitor dynamic ticket scans during check-in, review ticket tier pacing, and evaluate remaining ticket inventory. Click the Data Export options at any point to generate downloadable CSV spreadsheets for external reporting or account reconciliation.

💡 Proactive Tracking Tip: Audit your Analytics workspace immediately before and after launching major event updates—such as opening ticket drops, altering price points, deployment of SMS text blasts, social media drops, or talent lineup reveals—to isolate exactly which promotional action triggers the strongest conversion spikes.
