Understanding the Posh Workspace Menu: Organizer vs. Attendee Controls

The Posh workspace features a unified navigation layout designed to separate your commercial event production tools from your personal attendee experiences. This guide covers how to navigate your profile command center, manage multiple brands, and understand what changed with Dashboard 2.0 — including what moved, what's gone, and how to switch back if needed.

Accessing the Profile Drawer

  1. Locate the top-right corner of your Posh desktop dashboard.

  2. Click your Profile icon / initials capsule.

  3. A vertical drawer menu will open, dividing your account into As an organizer and As an attendee operational gates.

The Menu Layout Breakdown

As an Organizer 💼

This control zone houses all tools tied directly to your business footprint, live productions, and event networks:

  • Create event: Launches a fresh build canvas to configure ticket tiers, maps, and descriptions.

  • Switch organization: If you manage multiple brands or work with different teams, use this tool to select a different organization from your active directory list. Your dashboard will instantly reload with that specific brand's sales, events, and attendee data.

    • Created an event under the wrong organization? If you accidentally created an event under your personal organization, you’ll need to recreate it under the correct organization. Events cannot be duplicated into another organization. Before starting over, switch organization first and select the organization you intended to use, and then click Create event.

  • View public profile / Organization profile: Updates what consumers see when browsing your public brand directory layout.

  • Settings: Accesses your master backend configuration data sheets, support emails, and Webhook API pipelines.

As an Attendee 🎟️

This lower section isolates your personal entertainment profile:

  • Explore events: Takes you directly to the public Posh marketplace to discover events.

  • View your orders: Accesses confirmation vouchers, transaction receipts, and digital entry codes for events you have purchased tickets to.

  • Account settings: Manages your personal phone verification strings and notification preferences.

  • Organizer referrals: Turn your industry network into extra income by inviting new event creators to Posh. Check out Organizer Referral Program: Earn Commissions by Inviting Event Creators to know more. 📚
