Need to get in touch with the Organizer about your event? Whether you have questions about admittance, tickets or anything else event-related, here's how to get in contact:
Web Instruction
Log in to your Posh account.
Click the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner.
Select "My Orders".
Find the event you have questions about.
Click "[View Event Page]" on the event ticket page.
Pro Tip: Scope out the event details first—you might find the answer you're looking for!
Scroll down and click "Contact [Organizer's Name]"
Fill out the form, choose your reason, and fire away with your message.
App Instruction
Open your Posh app
Tap on the Ticket icon (🎟️)
Navigate to the Event that you are looking to contact the Organizer about.
Tap "View Event."
Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact."
Fill out the form, choose your reason, and fire away with your message.
Your request goes directly to your Event Organizer and won't be seen by Posh. Please allow them 5 days to get back to you and feel free to reach out to us if you don't hear from them.
