Need to get in touch with the Organizer about your event? Whether you have questions about admittance, tickets, or anything else event-related, here's how to get in contact:

Log in to your Posh account.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select View your orders.
Find the event you have questions about.
Click "i" on the event ticket page to View Event info.
Pro Tip: Scope out the event details firstāyou might find the answer you're looking for!
Scroll down to the āHosted byā section and click Contact.
Fill out the form, choose your reason, and fire away with your message.
Important Note š£
If you purchased a ticket for a family member or friend, follow the same process to request a refund. However, only the ticket holderās Posh account can submit a refund request. Refunds cannot be submitted through someone elseās accountāeven if you purchased the ticket for them.
For the smoothest experience, the ticket holder should log in and complete the refund request themselves. This ensures the organizer receives accurate order details and can process the request without delays.

Open your Posh app
Tap on the Ticket icon (šļø)
Navigate to the Event that you are looking for by tapping Upcoming or Past
Tap View Event.
Scroll down and tap Contact organizer.
Fill out the form, choose your reason, and fire away with your message.
Your request goes directly to your Event Organizer and won't be seen by Posh. Please allow them 10 full days to get back to you.
