Need to get in touch with the Organizer about your event? Whether you have questions about admittance, tickets, or anything else event-related, here's how to get in contact:
Web Instruction
Log in to your Posh account.
Click the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner.
Select "My Orders".
Find the event you have questions about.
Click "i" on the event ticket page to View Event.
Pro Tip: Scope out the event details first—you might find the answer you're looking for!
Scroll down and click "Contact [Organizer's Name]"
Fill out the form, choose your reason, and fire away with your message.
App Instruction
Open your Posh app
Tap on the Ticket icon (🎟️)
Navigate to the Event that you are looking to contact the Organizer about.
Tap "View Event."
Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact."
Fill out the form, choose your reason, and fire away with your message.
Your request goes directly to your Event Organizer and won't be seen by Posh. Please allow them 7 full days to get back to you.
🌟 Reminder: You can always get in touch with the organizer right through their event page—from general event inquiries to questions about your tickets—and it works whether or not you have an order! If the page is public, just use that same method to reach out, and you're all set!
