Purchase vs. RSVP: What’s the Difference?
Purchase: Paid events require you to buy a ticket to attend.
RSVP: Free events may only require you to reserve your spot.
Important: 📌 Each Posh account can only RSVP once per event.

Log in: Log in to your Posh account on your browser or head directly to https://posh.vip/explore.
Explore Events: Use the filters to narrow your search by price, what's trending, date, or city.
Select Your Event: Click on an event to learn more and see full event description.
Choose Your Ticket and Checkout: Add your desired ticket type to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter Card Information and Checkout: Depending on the organizer’s available payment options, you may pay by credit/debit card, bank payment, or Affirm. Open the App: You’ll land on the Home page, where you can explore events through For You and Discover More.
Explore More Events: Tap the second icon from the left in the bottom navigation to browse events by scrolling through the feed. Use the filters at the top to narrow your search by location, date, and price.
Choose Ticket & Checkout: Select an event, add your desired ticket to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Important Reminders 📌
Checkout Reminders
If you create a cart but don’t complete your purchase, you may receive email reminders after 15 minutes, after 2 days, and 1 day before the event starts. You may also receive push reminders.
Saving or bookmarking an event alone does not trigger these checkout reminders.
Approval Required Events
For events marked as Approval Required, organizers manually review ticket requests. Your ticket will appear in your account once it’s approved, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If your order includes both regular tickets and tickets that require approval, your full order will stay pending until the organizer approves it. This means you won’t receive any tickets from that order right away, even if some tickets did not require approval.
Your payment may be placed on a temporary hold while your request is being reviewed. If your ticket request is denied, the temporary payment hold will be released. It may take a few days for the funds to become available again in your bank account or on your card, depending on your bank or card provider.
Purchased Multiple Tickets
If you bought multiple tickets in one order, you’ll only see one QR code in your Posh app or web order page.
Your confirmation email includes a PDF attachment with all individual ticket QR codes, labeled (for example: 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc.). Download the PDF to access each ticket separately.
💡 Can’t select more than one ticket? Some events have a per-order ticket limit set by the organizer. If you’re unable to add more than one ticket to your cart, this is intentional. Reach out to the event organizer directly if you have questions about the limit.

Filed a Payment Dispute With Your Bank?
If you file a dispute with your bank for a Posh ticket purchase, the order is cancelled and the associated tickets become invalid. Disputed tickets also cannot be transferred.
📌 Important: Withdrawing the dispute later does not restore your order or tickets, and the organizer will no longer be able to refund the disputed order through Posh.
If you have an issue with your purchase or would like a refund, we recommend requesting a refund from the event organizer first and giving them an opportunity to review your request before filing a dispute with your bank.
