Managing Your Private Guest List

Ready to roll out the red carpet for your special guests? ✨ The Private Guest List lets you manage a curated list of attendees — perfect for offering complimentary access or restricting certain guests. You can now manage it both on the web and the Posh app!

Getting Started:

Manage on the Web

  1. Log in to your Posh account at posh.vip.

  2. Go to your Event Page.

  3. Click Tickets.

  4. Scroll down to Private Guest List.

  5. Start adding your guests!

    1. To remove a guest, swipe left on their name.

    2. To edit a name, remove the entry and re-add it with the correct details.

Manage on the App

  1. Log In: Open the Posh app and log in to your account.

  2. Select Your Event: Go to your event and tap Manage.

  3. Access Private Guest List: Tap Private Guest List.

  4. Add Guests: Tap Add a new guest, enter their name, and indicate if they have a +1 or +2.

    1. To remove a guest, swipe left on their name.

    2. To edit a name, remove the entry and re-add it with the correct details.

Important Note 🌟

  • Guests added to your Private List won’t receive a ticket or be prompted to create an account.

  • You can check in or check out guests using either the Posh app or web browser.

  • On the web, you’ll see a visible status update showing Checked In.

  • On the app, you can tap the radio button to check in or out guests, but the status label won’t appear.
