Creating a Posh account is quick and easy — and gets you one step closer to hosting or discovering amazing events. Best part? No passwords required. Just your phone number or email and a One-Time Password (OTP).
🔐 Passwordless Login
Posh doesn’t use passwords. You’ll sign in using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone number or email.
How to Create or Log Into Your Posh Account
🖥️ On Web & 📱 On the App:
Go to posh.vip/login or open the Posh app.
Enter your phone number or email address.
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone or email.
✅ New user? Your account will be created automatically.
✅ Returning user? You’ll be logged in right away.
📧 Note: Email verification codes expire after 10 minutes.
📲 Make sure your Posh app is updated so you can log in using your phone number and/or email.
🔓 To log out, click your profile icon at the top right and tap Log Out at the bottom of the menu.
Creating or logging in through the app works exactly the same as on web — same OTP process.
Account Requirements
To ensure your account works properly, each Posh account must have both an email address and a phone number linked. This is required to:
Receive important notifications
Complete 2FA (two-factor authentication)
⚠️ Accounts without a phone number may experience limited functionality.
Phone Number Restrictions
🚫 No VOIP or restricted numbers: You must use a valid, non-VOIP phone number from a supported country
⚠️ Blocked number error: If you see “The registration number is blocked by Verify-Geo permissions,” the phone number is from a restricted region and can’t be used to create a Posh account
✅ One Account, Everywhere: Your Posh account works seamlessly across both web and app — no need to sign up more than once.
👉 If your account was created using email only, contact Posh Support to add a phone number.
New Signup & Validation Rules
To keep accounts secure and properly verified, Posh uses the following signup rules and safeguards:
Email Requirements
🚫 Alias emails aren’t supported (e.g. [email protected])
🚫 Temporary or disposable email addresses aren’t allowed
✉️ If your email has a typo (like
gnail.com), Posh will suggest a corrected version you can tap to auto-fill⚠️ A warning message appears if you try to continue with a misspelled email
Signup Reliability
💡 Technical improvement: Posh uses transactional signups to prevent incomplete account creation if something goes wrong during the process
