Creating a Posh account is quick, easy, and gets you one step closer to hosting or discovering amazing events. Best part? No more passwords — just your phone or email plus a One-Time Password (OTP).
Creating a New Account
Go to posh.vip/login or open the Posh app.
Enter your phone number or email.
If it’s not linked to an existing account, you’ll be routed to Create Account.
Select Create an Account.
Enter the OTP sent to your phone or email.
✅ Your account is created! You’ll also get a welcome text or email from Posh confirming it.
📲 Ensure to update your Posh app so you can login via Phone number and/or Email address.
Logging In (Passwordless Login)
Open the Posh app or go to posh.vip/login.
Enter your phone number or email.
If you already have an account, you’ll be prompted for an OTP.
Enter the OTP sent to your phone or email.
✅ You’re logged in successfully!Note: Email verification codes expire after 10 minutes.
New Signup & Validation Rules
To keep accounts safe and verified, here are some new signup rules and improvements:
🚫 No alias emails are allowed (e.g.
[email protected]).🚫 Temporary or disposable emails are not supported.
📧 @posh.vip emails now require email OTP verification during signup. Completing this step auto-verifies your Posh account.
✉️ If your email has a typo (like
gnail.com), Posh will now suggest a corrected version you can click to auto-fill.⚠️ You’ll see a warning toast if you try to proceed with a misspelled email.
💡 Technical improvement: Signups now use transactional commits, which prevent incomplete account creation if something fails during signup.
Important 🌟
You must use a valid phone number that is not a VOIP number or from a restricted country.
If you see an error that says “The registration number is blocked by Verify-Geo permissions,” this means the phone number is from a restricted region and cannot be used to create a Posh account.

Your Posh account works across both web and app — no need to sign up again.

Important Note ‼️
Each Posh account must have both an email and a phone number linked to it.
This ensures you receive notifications and can complete 2FA (two-factor authentication).
Accounts without a phone number won’t function properly.
👉 If your account was created with email only, you’ll need to contact Posh Support to add a phone number.

Password prompt when updating email: Some users see a password field when changing their email.
