Need to refund everyone from an event? Here’s how to quickly request a full event refund.
Log in to your Posh account in your browser.
Select the Event you are looking to Refund in Full.
Select the Settings Gear (⚙️).
Select Request Full Event Refund.
Choose a reason and explain why you’re refunding and include pertinent details.
Submit your request.
These requests are processed at the end of each week.
Once processed, your attendees should see their refunds in 3-5 business days.
