How to Request Ticket Refunds

Life happens—we get it! If you can’t make it to your event, you can request a refund from the event organizer in one of three easy ways:

Request a Refund via Web Chat

  1. Log in to your Posh account using a desktop browser.

  2. Look for the Chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click the Chat icon to open the support prompt.

  4. Follow the prompts to request a refund.

  5. Your details will automatically be sent to the event organizer.

  6. The organizer will review your request and respond with a decision regarding your refund.


Request a Refund via Mobile Chat

  1. Open the Posh App and log in.

  2. Tap your Profile in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Select Contact Support (located under Change Password beside Support).

  5. Follow the prompt to begin your refund request.

  6. Choose “I am an Attendee”, then continue with your refund details.


What Happens After Requesting a Refund?

If the Organizer doesn’t respond to your refund request within 7 full days of your initial message in the Posh Messenger chat, reach out to us for further assistance. Please note that the final decision and processing of any refund are made by the Event Organizer.

Why doesn’t Posh process refunds directly?

Handling refunds is the responsibility of event organizers, as per Posh's TOS. Posh primarily serves as a platform to facilitate ticket purchases and event coordination without directly intervening in financial policies.
