Can't make the event? No sweat. Hit up the Organizer for a refund right through the web.
Web Instruction
Log in to your Posh account in your browser.
Click the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner.
Select "My Orders".
Find the event you want a refund for.
Click "[i View Event Page]" on the event ticket page.
Scroll down and click "Contact [Organizer's Name]".
Fill out the form, select your reason, and provide all the details about why you are requesting a ticket refund.

Open your Posh app
Tap on the Ticket icon (🎟️)
Navigate to the Event that you are looking to contact the Organizer about.
Tap "View Event."
Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact."
Fill out the form, select your reason, and provide all the details about why you are requesting a ticket refund.
Keep your message short (250 characters max). Your request goes directly to your Event Organizer and won't be seen by POSH. Allow the Organizer 5 business days to respond. If you haven't heard back by then, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
