Enabling Kickback Confirmation Messages

Want to maximize your event’s reach? Posh’s Kickback Dashboard makes it easy to track affiliate activity and drive more ticket sales.

  1. Log in to your Posh account.

  2. Go to your Event Details page.

  3. Click the “K” icon on the left-hand side of the page.

  4. Ensure you have a public Kickback offer set up. If you haven’t created one yet, see the Create a Kickback Offer article for instructions.

  5. Click the Settings gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner.

  6. Toggle on “Receipt CTA” to prompt attendees to enroll in Kickback for your event. If this is off, you can only add affiliates manually.

  7. Customize the “Receipt CTA Text” to personalize the message attendees see before enrolling in a Kickback offer.

Once enabled, attendees will receive this message in their confirmation email, increasing affiliate engagement and boosting ticket sales.

Note: Kickback is only available on the web and is not yet supported in the Posh app.
