Creating a Public Kickback Affiliate Offer

Turn your attendees into promoters with Posh Kickback—a powerful affiliate program that rewards them for selling tickets to their friends. With a Kickback, you can turn your audience into an engaged sales force—driving more ticket sales and growing your event’s reach.


Follow these steps to create a Kickback offer:

  1. Log in to your Posh account in a web browser.

  2. Go to your Event Details page.

  3. Click the “K” icon on the left-hand side of the page.

  4. Click the “+” sign under Public Offers to create a new offer.

  5. Configure your Kickback offer:

    • Commission Amount: Set a percentage or flat fee that attendees earn per sale.

    • Per Order vs. Per Ticket: Choose whether commissions apply to entire orders or individual tickets.

Important Notes:

  • Payouts: Kickback commissions are paid instantly to the attendee’s connected debit card.

  • Flat Rate & Per Order Offers: The Kickback amount must be less than or equal to the minimum order value. If an attendee uses a promo code that reduces their total below the offer amount, the full order value will still be paid out.

  • Web-only: Kickback is currently only available on the web and is not yet supported within the Posh app.

  • Availability: Kickback is not yet available in Canada. We’ll notify you as soon as it launches there.

  • Affiliate Reward: Organizers earn a 20% fee for each attendee brought in through an invited affiliate. Attendees are only charged when Posh makes the connection—there’s no fee for using the feature with affiliates they invite themselves.
