Enable Approval Required

Want to manually approve attendees before they can purchase tickets? Posh empowers you to curate your guest list by requiring attendees to seek approval before purchasing tickets, ensuring you control who attends your event.

Web Instruction

  1. Log in to your Posh account in your browser.

  2. Go to your Event Details page.

  3. Click the Ticket icon. 🎟️

  4. Select the ✏️ next to any Ticket Type you want to require approval for.

  5. Enable β€œRequire Approval.”

    Important: Please review and respond to approval requests within 7 days. Unresolved requests will automatically expire.

  6. Save your changes.

App Instruction

  1. Open your Posh app.

  2. Navigate to your Event Details page.

  3. Click "View Events".

  4. Select the Event you want to edit.

  5. Click "Edit Event Page."

  6. Go to the "Tickets" section.

  7. Click the three dots next to the desired ticket type.

  8. Select "Edit".

  9. Toggle on "Require Approval" under Ticket Privacy Settings.

  10. Tap "Done" to save your changes.​

Once enabled, attendees will need to request approval before purchasing the ticket. You can review and approve or deny requests from your event dashboard.

​Important: Please review and respond to approval requests within 7 days. Unresolved requests will automatically expire.
