Want to control who has access to specific ticket types? With POSH's password protection feature, you can easily create exclusive ticket tiers.
Web Instruction
Log in to your POSH account in your browser.
Go to your Event Details page.
Click the Ticket icon. 🎟️
Select the ✏️ next to any Ticket Type that you'd like to password-protect.
Enable “Password Protect.”
Enter the password you want to use.
Save your changes.
App Instruction
Open your POSH app.
Navigate to your Event Details page.
Click "View Events".
Select the Event you want to edit.
Click "Edit Event Page".
Go to the "Tickets" section.
Click the three dots next to the desired ticket type.
Select "Edit".
Toggle on "Password Protect Ticket" under Ticket Privacy Settings.
Enter the password.
Tap "Done" to save your changes.
By using password protection, you can create exclusive experiences for your attendees. Only attendees who know the password will be able to access and purchase the ticket type once you've set the password.
