Create flexible ticket types to maximize your event’s potential. With Posh, you can set up unlimited ticket types based on your needs—whether it’s General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, or even more tailored options like General Admission – Friday Release or VIP – Backstage Access.

This flexibility helps you cater to different audiences while boosting your event’s revenue.

How to Create a Ticket Type

  1. Log in to your Posh account in your browser.

  2. Go to your Event Details page.

  3. Select the Ticket 🎟️ icon.

  4. Click + Add Ticket Type.

  5. Customize your ticket with:

    • Title – Clear and descriptive name (e.g., Early Bird, VIP, General Admission).

    • Price – Set the ticket price.

    • Quantity – Limit how many tickets are available per ticket type.

    • Sale Dates – Choose when sales start and end.

    • Purchase Limits – Control the minimum/maximum tickets per order.

    • Description – Add details about what’s included.

    • Password Protection – Require a password to purchase.

    • Approval – Require organizer approval before purchase.

    • Hidden Ticket Types – Keep tickets invisible to the public.

    • Multiple Purchases – Require tickets to be purchased in multiples.

    • Disabled Tickets – Temporarily stop sales.

    • Sold Out Tickets – Mark a tier as sold out.

    • Ticket Transfer – Enabled by default; you can disable transfers if needed.

    • Available Online & In-Person – Decide where tickets can be sold.
