How to Create a Ticket Type
Log in to your Posh account in your browser.
Go to your Event Details page.
Select the Ticket 🎟️ icon.
Click + Add Ticket Type.
Customize your ticket with:
Title – Clear and descriptive name (e.g., Early Bird, VIP, General Admission).
Price – Set the ticket price.
Quantity – Limit how many tickets are available per ticket type.
Sale Dates – Choose when sales start and end.
Purchase Limits – Control the minimum/maximum tickets per order.
Description – Add details about what’s included.
Password Protection – Require a password to purchase.
Approval – Require organizer approval before purchase.
Hidden Ticket Types – Keep tickets invisible to the public.
Multiple Purchases – Require tickets to be purchased in multiples.
Disabled Tickets – Temporarily stop sales.
Sold Out Tickets – Mark a tier as sold out.
Ticket Transfer – Enabled by default; you can disable transfers if needed.
Available Online & In-Person – Decide where tickets can be sold.
