Want to keep certain ticket types private? With POSH, you can easily hide ticket types from public view.
Web Instruction
Log in to your Posh account in your browser.
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Select the Ticket 🎟️ icon.
Select the ✏️ next to any Ticket Type you want to hide.
Enable “Hide Ticket Tier.”
Save your changes.
App Instruction
Open your POSH app.
Navigate to your Event Details page.
Click "View Events".
Select the Event you want to edit.
Click "Edit Event Page".
Go to the "Tickets" section.
Click the three dots next to the desired ticket type.
Select "Edit".
Toggle on "Hide Ticket" under Ticket Options.
Tap "Done" to save your changes.
By hiding ticket types, you can control the release of tickets and create a more strategic sales strategy. Once hidden, the ticket type will no longer be visible to your attendees.
