Removing your organization is simple — but only if it has no event history.
You can delete an organization if it is completely empty, meaning there are no draft events, no active events, and no past events associated with it.
Here's how to do it through the web:
Log in to your Posh account in your browser.
Select the organization you want to delete.
Go to Settings.
Click Delete Organization.
Confirm by clicking Delete.
If you’d like to delete an event first, please reach out to our live support agents, who can assist you with deleting the event. Once the event has been removed, you’ll then be able to proceed with deleting your organization.
Important Notes:
Once you do, the Organization will be permanently removed.
You may choose to delete an Organization if you've accidentally entered incorrect information in your Stripe account. After deleting, you can simply create a new Organization with the correct details.
An Organization can only be deleted if there are no events attached to it—regardless of whether the events are live or pending.
If there's an event you can still delete (i.e., the trash bin icon is visible), go ahead and delete the event first. Then, return to the Organization settings to complete the deletion process.
