Customize Your Checkout Experience

Take control of your event’s checkout process. With Posh, you can create a seamless and branded experience.

Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Log in to your Posh account in your browser.

  2. Head to your Event Details page.

  3. Select the Settings Gear (⚙️).

  4. Select Checkout.

  5. Adjust these settings:

    • Confirmation Message: Customize the message attendees see after purchase.

    • Include Fees in Event Page Pricing: Show the total price upfront.

    • Long Form Add to Cart Button: Use a more descriptive button.

    • Checkout Submit Button: Customize the purchase button.

  6. Add Custom Fees: Charge additional fees as a percentage or flat rate.

  7. Legacy RSVP Flow: Use a classic RSVP page design.
