Kickback is Posh’s affiliate-style program that lets you earn cash when others buy tickets through your unique link.
When you share your Kickback link and someone uses it to purchase a ticket, you’ll receive a payout — it’s an easy way to make money while promoting events you love.
You’ll see a Kickback invite in two situations:
Private Kickback – The Organizer assigns you as a private affiliate and sends you an invite.
Public Kickback – After purchasing a ticket, you receive an invite because the Organizer enabled Kickback for all attendees.
If you don’t receive an invite, Kickback won’t be available for that event.
Getting Your Kickback Link
Once you've received your Kickback invite — whether directly from the organizer or automatically after purchasing a ticket — you can confirm and access your link via email or on the web by clicking the menu icon (☰) in the upper-right corner and selecting Kickback.
🖥️ On Web:
Log in to your Posh account through the web.
Locate your invite — check your email for the Kickback offer, or go directly to your Posh account on the web.
Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Select Kickback to view and share your unique link.
Once your link is active, share it anywhere you like — and start earning when people purchase tickets through it.
Not seeing commission on your link? ❌
You may have shared a tracking link from the organizer instead of your personal Kickback link — these are two different things:
Tracking link – Shared by the organizer for referral tracking. Purchases through this link do not earn you commission.
Kickback link – Your unique personal link from your Posh account. Only this link counts toward your earnings.
Always copy your link directly from your Kickback dashboard to make sure you're sharing the right one.
Your Kickback Dashboard
Once your Kickback is set up, your dashboard gives you a full view of your earnings and payment info:
Balance – Shows your Available and Pending earnings. Available funds are ready to be paid out; Pending funds are still being processed.
Payouts – A full history of your payouts, including the arrival date, amount, linked bank, and status (e.g. Paid).
Banks & Debit Cards – Displays the debit card connected to your account for receiving payouts.
Setting Up Your Payout Card
To receive your Kickback earnings, you'll need to connect a debit card to your Posh account. Setup is quick and secure — complete it through the app or on the web.
🖥️ On Web:
Log in to your Posh account using a web browser.
Click the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner.
Select Kickback.
On the dashboard, click Connect Card (shown in the red banner).
Complete the setup through Stripe.
📱 On the App:
Open the Posh app and log in to your account.
Tap your Profile.
Select Kickback.
Tap Connect Card on the Kickback dashboard.
Complete the setup through Stripe.
📣 Heads up: A 20% Kickback Fee is applied to each kickbacked amount. For example, If the Kickback offer is $10 per ticket sold, you’ll actually receive $7 after the fee.
Will my Kickback link change if I update my username?
No — your Kickback link is fixed and cannot be changed, even if you update your Posh username. If you'd like a cleaner or shorter link to share, you can use a third-party link shortener such as TinyURL or Bitly.
Note that third-party link shorteners are not managed by Posh. Posh does not control how these services work, how links are displayed, or whether a shortened link remains active.
