The Activity Feed is a space on your event page in the Posh app where you can share updates and keep your attendees connected.
Why We Built It
Before, updates were scattered through texts and emails. The Activity Feed solves this by putting everything in one central hub where both organizers and attendees can engage.
Why It’s Valuable
For Organizers: Keep all communication in one place, share urgent updates that won’t be missed and use moderation tools to manage comments.
For Attendees: Stay informed without digging through texts or emails, connect with others in the community and enjoy a safe, moderated space for interaction.

A: Yes, and it is a toggle-able setting. Full interaction (commenting/reacting) is limited to app users who have tickets to the event.
Q: Will organizers need to set it up manually?
A: Yes. The Activity Feed is OFF by default upon launch. You’ll need to enable it in your event settings. (In the future, this may default to ON.)
Q: Can an organizer remove attendee comments?
A: Yes. You have moderation controls in the Organizer Portal and can delete comments directly.
Q: How do Marketing SMS Blasts appear on the feed?
A: Use the new SMS Blast button to message all attendees. Those messages will automatically appear in the Activity Feed. (Note: blasts sent via the old checkmark selectors will not appear in the feed.)
Q: How will inappropriate content be handled?
A: Attendees can report comments. You may remove them directly, and Posh can assist with escalated moderation issues.
