How to Create Ticket Groups
Here’s how to create a Ticket Group:
Log in to your Posh account from your browser.
Navigate to your Event Details page.
Tap the Ticket 🎟️ icon.
After creating your Ticket Types, scroll down to the “Ticket Groups” section.
Tap “+ Create Ticket Group”.
Configure your Ticket Group:
Group Name: Give your group a clear and relevant name (e.g., "General Admission," "VIP Packages").
Add Ticket Types: Select one or more existing ticket types to include in this group.
Group Order: Choose the display order of the group on your event page.
Visibility: Decide whether the group should be publicly visible or hidden.
💡 You must first create individual Ticket Types before assigning them to a group.
