It's easy to find tickets for your upcoming events or review your past event history.
📨 Heads Up: your event tickets are also sent to your email right after purchase.
You can check your inbox or follow the steps below to access all your event tickets: If some of your tickets are not visible in your account, it could be because the event organizer has not yet approved all ticket requests. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the organizer has approved your pending ticket(s).
Accessing Your Event Tickets
🖥️ On Web:
Log in to your Posh account using a browser.
Open the top-right menu (☰).
Select View your orders.
Locate your order and click the QR code icon to view your ticket. Your ticket is also sent to the email linked to your account.
👉 From this page, you can also:
View event info
Add your ticket to Apple Wallet
Add the event to your calendar
🎫 Ticket descriptions are not currently shown on the order or ticket view after purchase. If you need to review what your ticket includes, check the live event page.
Ticket descriptions — including tier details like what's included with each ticket type — are set up by the event organizer, not Posh. If no description has been added, please reach out to the event organizer directly for clarification.
💡 Apple Wallet Tip: To help you arrive on the correct day, QR Codes in the Apple Wallet will display ticket information differently depending on the event.
Single-day events: Displays the event date (for example, September 12).
Multi-day or Recurring events: Displays the specific date your ticket is valid for, when available.
For example, if you're attending a 3-day festival and purchased a Saturday GA ticket, Apple Wallet will display Saturday as your ticket date.
If NO ticket validity date is set: Apple Wallet will display the ticket name instead (for example, Saturday GA or 3-Day Pass) rather than a date.Your ticket is also sent to the email linked to your account.
💡 Important: When a QR code is scanned, ALL tickets included in that order will appear. The doorperson can then select each individual ticket to scan and check in the attendee.
Got a free ticket but skipped the Orders page? 🎫
If you click “Secure your ticket” from the email and create your account, you should be redirected to the My Orders page. That page is where your complimentary ticket appears. If you don’t complete the signup step, you may end up on your profile page instead and won’t see the ticket.
If that happens, go back to the email and complete the signup process so you’re redirected to My Orders and can access your ticket.
📱 On the App:
Open the Posh app on your device.
Tap the Ticket icon (🎟️).
Choose either Upcoming or Past depending on your event date.
Select the relevant ticket to view its details, including the QR code.
👉 From this page, you can also:
View event info
Add your ticket to Apple Wallet
Add the event to your calendar
Get directions to the event
Provide proof of purchase by sharing the order number displayed with the ticket in your account.
Cancel Your RSVP
Changed your plans? You can cancel a free RSVP directly from your account — no need to contact the organizer. Once canceled, the spot is released and the action cannot be undone.
💡 Can't find the cancel button? The ability to cancel an RSVP directly from your account was introduced on September 3, 2026. If your event was created before that date, the cancel button may not be available for that order. In that case, please reach out to the event organizer directly to request a cancellation.
🖥️ On Web:
Log in to your Posh account.
Open the profile menu.
Select View Your Orders.
Locate the order you want to cancel.
Click the X button to cancel.
📱 On the App:
Tap the Ticket icon (🎟️).
Tap the order you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel RSVP.
⚠️ Cancellations are immediate and cannot be undone. If you change your mind, you'll need to RSVP again — subject to availability.
Multiple Ticket Orders Include Individual QR Codes
If you purchased multiple tickets in one order, your Posh app and web order page will display one main QR code for the order. However, your confirmation email includes a PDF attachment containing all individual ticket QR codes. Each ticket will have its own QR page labeled (e.g 1 of 5, 3 of 5)
Be sure to download the PDF if each guest needs their own ticket QR code. 💡 Note: After the event, the Posh system does not provide a way to track which specific tickets within a multi-ticket order were scanned or used. This limitation applies to all attendee-facing features of the app and web platform.
Table Reservation QR Code Information
Table bookings only generate one QR code for the entire table reservation.
For example, if your table includes an 8-person limit, the reservation will still only have one QR code tied to the booking.
Entry policies are determined by the event organizer. Depending on the organizer’s setup:
Your full group may need to arrive together, or
Guests may be allowed to check in separately using the table owner’s name
Troubleshooting Ticket Visibility
If you’ve purchased tickets but only some are showing in your account, it may be due to event organizer approval:
Some events require the organizer to approve ticket requests before they are fully processed.
If one of your tickets is visible but the others are not, this likely means only one request has been approved so far.
Once the organizer approves the pending ticket(s), they will appear in your app. You’ll also receive an email confirmation for each approved ticket. If you are still facing issues locating any approved tickets, ensure you’ve logged into the correct account associated with the purchase.
Resending Ticket Emails
To resend a ticket email, Posh requires locating the original order. Follow these guidelines:
Ensure you have the order number, the full name on the order, and the email address used at the time of purchase.
Note that if the associated account and its data have been permanently deleted, the ticket email cannot be resent. Maintaining accurate account information is essential for ticket management.
