Looking to share free tickets with a big group? Here’s a simple guide on how to use the CSV upload feature:
Log in to your Posh account on your browser.
Navigate to your Event Details page.
Go to the "Tickets" tab.
Scroll down to the "Complimentary Tickets" section.
Select "CSV Upload".
Use the template provided to create your CSV file. Please remember to include the following information for each recipient:
Email Address
First Name (Optional)
Last Name (Optional)
Once your CSV file is ready, upload it to Posh. We'll take care of sending the complimentary tickets to each recipient. This feature is available to Salesman-level organizers.
