Looking for a way to enhance your hospitality? You can easily send free tickets to both Posh and non-Posh users. This is a great way to show appreciation to loyal attendees or to welcome new guests.
Here's how to send Complimentary Tickets:
Log in to your Posh account in your browser.
Navigate to your Event Details page.
Go to the "Tickets" tab.
Scroll down to the "Complimentary Tickets" section.
Click "+Send Complimentary Tickets."
Enter the recipient's email address.
For guests who don't have a Posh account, select "Send to a Non-Posh User."
Choose the desired ticket type.
Specify the number of tickets to send.
Click Send Ticket and it will forwarded to the recipient contact information.
To cancel your free ticket, click Cancel Ticket on your complimentary order. This ticket will then be invalid for entry.
