Want to automate your ticket release process? Linking ticket tiers helps you do that. Here's a quick guide to set you up:
Linking your ticket tiers allows you to streamline your ticket sales and create a seamless experience for your attendees.
Log in to your Posh account in your browser.
Navigate to your event details page.
Click on the "Tickets" tab.
Select the "Link" icon next to the desired ticket tier.
Choose a trigger:
Sell Out: Automatically releases the next tier when the current one sells out.
Sales Period: Releases the next tier after a specific sales period ends.
Select the ticket tier you want to link.
Click "Link Tiers" to confirm.
