1. Can I edit an event series after it's created?
Yes! You can edit the name, description and images for the entire series. You can also extend the series to add more dates.
2. Can I cancel one event in a series without deleting all of them?
After launching an event series, the individual events can only be cancelled or deleted on an individual level. Please note that the series duration cannot be shortened.
3. What aspects of an event can be edited in bulk vs. individually?
Editable in bulk: Event name, flyer, location, venue, short description, long description, and series length.
Cannot be edited in bulk: Ticket settings, event features, comp tickets, social features, private guest lists and other content or complex field types.
Customizable for individual events: All aspects can be edited individually
4. How will ticket sales be tracked?
Each event in a series will have individual sales tracking, plus a dashboard that aggregates insights across all occurrences. Metrics include tickets sold, revenue, page views and conversion rate, broken down by event date.
Attendee FAQs:
1. How will I know if an event is part of a series?
Recurring events will be labeled and attendees can view all upcoming dates within a single event series page.
2. Can I buy tickets for multiple dates at once?
For now, tickets must be purchased separately, but we may explore bulk purchases in the future.
3. Will event URLs change?
Each event occurrence will still have a unique URL, but attendees can navigate to other dates from a centralized event page.
