Need to Cancel an Event?
Sometimes, unexpected circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel your event. Here’s how to handle cancellations:
For Draft Events:
Delete the Draft: Click the 🗑️trash bin icon on the event’s overview page
For Live Events:
No Tickets Sold: If no tickets have been sold, you can delete the event. Simply click the 🗑️ trash bin icon on the event’s overview page.
Tickets Already Sold: Once tickets have been sold, you cannot fully delete the event. However, you can:
Remove it from the Explore Page:
Go to the Event Dashboard by selecting the ✏️ icon.
Access the Visual Editor by selecting the 🖌️ icon.
Disable “Show on Explore,” and save changes.

Adjust ticket settings: Modify ticket availability, prices, or other details as needed. Follow our guide on Creating and Editing Your Ticket Types.
Communicate with Your Attendees:
Send a notification: Inform your attendees about the cancellation and any refund procedures via SMS Text Blast. Follow our guide on Sending a Text Blast.
