As an organizer, you can manage attendee orders directly from your Event Details page. Whether it’s an RSVP or a paid ticket, you’ll have different options available to handle attendee requests.
⚠️ Important: All actions are final and cannot be undone. Please confirm before processing.
How to Access Attendee Orders
- Log in to your Posh account in your browser. 
- Go to your Event Details page. 
- Click the Attendee 👤 icon. 
- Find the attendee and click the “i” icon next to their name. 
- Select the Order Number to open order details. 
From here, you’ll see the available actions depending on whether the order is RSVP-based or paid.
RSVP Orders
For RSVP events, you can:
- Resend Receipt – Send a confirmation email again. 
- Cancel RSVP – Remove the attendee from your guest list. 
- Cancel & Relist – Remove the attendee and make their spot available again for someone else to claim. 
Paid Ticket Orders
For paid events, you can:
- Resend Receipt – Send a confirmation email again. 
- Partial Refund – Refund a portion of the order total. 
- Refund – Issue a full refund. (Note: Posh fees are non-refundable.) 
- Refund & Relist – Refund the order and make the ticket(s) available again for purchase. - 💡 Note: If it’s a full refund (excluding fees), the attendee’s ticket QR code will no longer work — it will be invalidated automatically. 
 
Notes & Best Practices 🌟
- Final Actions: Once you cancel, refund, or relist, it cannot be reversed. 
- Relisting ensures spots/tickets return to your event inventory for others to claim or purchase. 
- Fees: Processing fees are non-refundable on paid ticket orders.
